Precision-engineered in Switzerland, the Heiniger shear is slim, well balanced and easy to hold. Double insulated body with automatic thermal overload / reset button, patented one touch tension system prevents over-tightening the baldes. Standard 3 inch clipper head uses virtually all clipper blades made by other companies. Leightweight (4.11 lb) quiet running damage resistant carrying case. Comes with 13 tooth camelid comb which has a thicker design to allow leaving approximately 3/8 inch wool to help prevent sunburn. Add extra lift with the optional comb lifter sold separately.
