More capacity than an standard day pack and with spinal support for day hikes or a "2nd" pack on the trail. Large zippered main pockets are 18L x 12H x 6 D with flat outside zippered pocket and additional map pockets on each side. 2 inches of foam on each side to keep weight off of the spine.     GREAT quality packs! We got them and were very pleased! We have taken them on hikes loaded down to the max, or just a walk in the woods and they held up with NO issues. Lots of space in the pockets and the pack fit comfortable on the boys back/spine.

    Everything on about these packs were defiantly quality and had no issues with shipping and the ladies were easy to reach when we had questions.
    Worth the money to buy here!
